born in Napoli, 1982, raised in the land of pizza and good food, where the flavour and aroma of raw materials is transformed into the kitchens, driven by love in search of perfectionism of flavour, he studied at the school for chefs in Naples and then perfected already at a young age in the service of the best Italian chefs. Just a collaboration of high caliber, brought him to England 10 years ago.
